Eye of the Horse Photography

"B & B Review"
Don’t stay at the Glenn Country Inn, located in Glenn, Michigan.
I was excited by the prospect of a weekend get-away at the Glenn Country Inn on my first open weekend of the summer. The Inn seemed to have a lot of good qualities including letting patrons bring their dogs and horses. So, with much excitement, I booked my reservation to there exactly 8 business days prior to my arrival. However, due to unforeseen circumstances; I had to cancel my reservation on the next business day. To make things worse, the Glenn Country Inn Keeper refused to refund my money and said that the have a 14 day cancellation policy and that if they didn’t rebook my room, that they would charge me the full amount due of $343! Well how convenient that they didn’t rebook the room and I was charged the full amount. How does a business justify holding a customer to a 14-day cancellation policy when the reservation was made only 8 days before? The Inn Keeper was very rude, did not care about my circumstances and further refused to honor my stay on a different weekend when I suggested the alternative. I do not recommend this Bed and Breakfast because they are unethical, rude and have terrible customer service. Despicable!
